Can not find an instruction how to upgrade from 2.6.6 tp 3.x ?

Can i install the current Version 3.x with the updater and it`s all done ?

Yes, use Joomla's extensions manager to update. Don't do it on a live shop though, as VM3 is not yet released, 2.9.9c is the latest public test version.

I´m on 2.6.10 - installed 2.9.9 accidentally => Crashes in Frontend and Image slider stopps working, vm categories not working...deinstalled 2.9.9 back to 2.6.10

I hope that 2.9.9/3.x will be improved so that my shop will work as usual (all updates up till 2.6.10 were without trouble to install)...

these no doubt are 3rd party addons... It is for the makers of these to make sure they work with 2.9
