Regarding the problem to select the first product variation of the dropdown list on the product details page, i followed the instructions descripted at

It worked fine except that when i select any of the variation, the text --Please Select-- is clickable and returns the parent product.
Does anyone has a solution for this?
Also if there is any alternative solution (like a list of variations instead of the dropdown) it will be suitable for me.
And by the way, anyone knows any extention that adds a better functionality to this feature?
I m working with joomla 2.5.20 and VM 2.6.6.
