Title: [solved] Custom Template Stockable Variants
Post by: janeka_pt on September 15, 2014, 15:59:21 PM
Hi,

I've bought a custom template with Virtuemart integration and everything works fine except the stockable variants items.

If a product only have one variant and I don't create any child item, the stock update perfectly when orders are made and shipped. If a product has 2 or more variants the stock remains the same.

Can some help me?

Thank you in advance.

this answers your question - any reputable template seller will support their products

If they don't feel free to provide their feedback here... ;)

Hi,

They're trying to solve the problem, but they're taking too long and who knows if someone here didn't had a similar problem and can help me.

Kind regards

You can simply prove whether its your template or a VM problem by try with a std beez template..

Hey,  already solved. It was the fw rental plug-in that was messing with it.

Thanks

I wanted to try the FW VirtueMart Rental Plugin but now I've read your problem that it was messing with your stock levels I'm a little put off... Can I ask how it was messing with it? Are there often problems with it? Found some interesting stuff here: http://simplenewz.com/2014-09-14/Mainstream/feed/6899 (http://simplenewz.com/2014-09-14/Mainstream/feed/6899) but wanted to know more about any issues... Thanks in advance!
