Title: AIO 2.6.10 issue ?
Post by: Kongzi on September 15, 2014, 15:18:58 PM
Dear All,

After updating from 2.6.6 , Virtuemart and AIO via joomla updater.

For payment success realized with CB on systempay, order stay "pending"

Does we have to run "update plugin table " in AIO component ?

AIO still stay in joomla extensions to update

Thanks,
All the best

Joomla 2.5.24 - VM 2.6.10 - php 5.5.9

?

As it isn't a core VM payment plugin you should ask the developer whether it needs updating etc

Thank you GJC,

Is there a lot of change since AIO 2.6.6 ?

What is the "update VM plugin table" in AIO ? does we have to run after updating ?

the AOI is just all the core VM modules and plugins - yours is 3rd party so you have to check with who ever you got it off

Quote"update VM plugin table"

never used it  .. but can't se it will have any affect on your plugin

the payment lugins are directly responsible for updating the order status

Hi,

we have updated from VM 2.6.6 to VM 2.6.10 on PHP 5.3.23 and we got blank page.

Disabled OPC, JoomSEF, changed the template to beez - nothing helped.

Clicked the only button in A.I.O., did not help

After turning the web offsite and logging into front-end all pages except for product details pages work.
Product page shows blank page.

Please advise.

It will be a php  or memory fatal error - search this forum for tips - but basically turn on debugging - check logs , ask host if they have something in their server logs -
without the error nothing else we can advise

We have already found out it was caused by a GoPay payment plugin. It was not returning any error to error log.
So we had to disable it before they fix it and it runs now.

If on a shared host errors problems are often only logged to the Apache server log on the server if the connection (Apache connection) was reset.  (i.e. you need to ask the host for the log)
Generally this means that the PHP processes was abruptly ended, due to either PHP crashing or due to resource usage.

Hello

Go in the joomla plugin manager and disable all the payment plugins that you do not use.

Hello,

Cannot solve the Systempay plugin issue, It's include in VM AIO. It's the order confirmation when payment is Ok.

Systempay is no longer included in the aio component so you must be using the plugin from an earlier version.
