i have troubles with that characters. i have alot of product with " in its names and there is problems with a good link. they don`t have itemid=xxx on the and.
i want to leave this characters in the product name.

So you just encode as an ASCII character - hmm

Not really a great solution

I would just use the word "Inch" if that is what you meant to show in the description

Otherwise your option will do
