I am using 2.9.9 on Joomla 3.3.3 and I did get the error on 2.9.8

try 2.9.9b - a lot of bug fixes and changes since 2.9.9
I use virtuemart version 2.9.9b and i have the same problem.

works fine for me logged in or not logged in

I did upgrade to 2.9.9b and I still get the same error.
I tried again, installing all over again but it shows the same error...
GJC Web Design, I tried on fiandeiro's http://www.mecer-shop.co.za and get same errors as before after trying to send an email.
Instead, on your test site it asks for login but I don't have any account, like kalibur.
I Just downloaded the new virtuemart.2.9.9c.zip and install new update.
Now there is a new error , when you click on the ( Ask a question about this product ) I get a mobile version of the site.
