I look after a website for one of my customers, he only receives the order emails when payment is made and the order is 'confrimed status' virtuemart does not send out the order until is confirmed, the problem i having now is the owner does not log into the, he waits for his email orders.
Because im seeing a few pending orders, i know he will be unaware of the orders and will not have the chance to contact the customer to see if there was a problem with the order or he/she has changed their mind.
Does virtuemart have and plugins or future development to tell the vendor that an order has been placed? prior to payment.
On another site i look after (different ecommerce script) they get an initial order followed up by a confirmed order.
