My client received an order that the customer paid with with iDeal.
iDeal is a payment method in the Netherlands to instantly transfer from the customer's bank account to the shop owner.
Normally when an iDeal payment is completed the order is Confirmed(Paid).
In the order list it states that the order is Confirmed (paid), as it should, but the products in the order are still Pending (that's not correct, right?).

I wanted to create a screenshot of the issue, but my client was faster and changed the status of the order, which changed also the status of the ordered product.
What I meant was that in the orderlist an order had the status Confirmed.
When I opened that order the products in that order had the status of Pending
That order was paid using iDeal, normally when someone pays that way all statuses switch to Confirmed automatically.
I have contacted the developers of the payment system. Maybe they know something.

I just don't see how this is possible - the status is the status taken from the order status stored in the DB
It is the same status whether looking at it from the orderlist or individually

I want to know where the staus of the product is displayed is it on your website or iDeal ones'? if it's on iDeal then it's a fault of payment processor.
