My configuration is: Joomla 2.5.20, PHP 5.3.28 and Virtuemart 2.6.6 (SEF = On)

1. 'New Shopper Registered' email successfully received by Site Owner / Vendor.
2. 'Account Activation' email successfully received by Site Owner / Vendor.
3. 'Order Confirmation' email received by Vendor from 3rd party Payment Gateway
4. Not received: 'New Order' email to Vendor from VM?
5. Not received: 'Order Confirmation' email to Shopper from VM?
6. Not received: 'Payment Confirmation' email to Shopper from 3rd party Payment Gateway? (This, in my thinking, is to be resolved by the Payment Gateway support team)
On viewing the 'shopper information' in VM Admin for this user I noticed that 'Receive System Emails' was set to 'no'.
So I changed that to 'yes'.
This made no difference.
I also see that at the bottom of the 'Shopper Information' page it reads:
'Contact Information.
No Contact details linked to this User.
See Components -> Contact -> Manage Contacts for details.'
Does that impact on the issue?
I've checked my junk folder and there's nothing.
Please assist.

Are all the details filled out for the vendor?
Hi,
The Shopper is not receiving any emails other than the 'Account Registration Confirmation' - No purchase orders, confirmation, nothing.
The Vendor is also not receiving any emailed orders, confirmations etc.
All the details are filled out for the Vendor in the 'Shopper' area.
I've tried disabling ACMailing and it makes no difference.
I also checked the plugins, found 'User - Contact Creator', which was disabled and enabled it - still nothing.
This site is due to go live on Wednesday - please assist.

did you checked all the Options at vm-backend where you can choose these orderstates where vm will sent emails to shopper and vendor?
