Title: Inventory is not reducing when purchase is confirmed

Hello,

I have a VM 2.6.8 on Joomla 2.5.24. When an order is placed the inventory is not reducing.

Any Ideas on where to start looking?

Doesn't it only reduce when the payment is confirmed? i.e. status=='C'  ?

Hello,

It used to reduce when confirmed and increase when canceled. However, It is not reducing when confirmed and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it. Some of the items that are sold are unique and have one available only and will never have another one. I don't want people to accidentally order one only to be told that we don't have one anymore.

but what do you mean by confirmed - VM works from statuses...

set to "C" ?

Oh, mine says Confirmed. Maybe that is the disconnect? but the list does say 'C'. See attached.
