Your VM is wildly out of date - upgrade with all the normal warnings - search and study the posts on this forum

But what you describe isn't of course normal behaviour - so one assumes it is a bug that has been solved in later versions or sonething you have changed is causing this bug

If you update on a test site I assume this problem isn't there?
