I try to override my VM 2.6.0 category layout to display custom fields and add-to-cart button but its only displaying cart button and quantity box. dont know what the problem is i have created custom fields (Cart Variant) and also add it to products but somehow its not working. searched forum but no luck yet.
I am attaching my default.php file for reference.

Unlikely you will get cart varients to work on a cat page - this is why add to cart was never offered officially on cat pages
Good news is it works out of the box on 2.9.9 (soon to be released VM3.0)
You could try a test site first with this (don't just upgrade your live site without testing!)
You should any way be on 2.6.6 at least...

I know i should upgrade but i have done so much changes so cant risk it yet. Furthermore i have successfully implemented those codes in VM 2.6.26D however no luck in VM 2.6.0. and yes i am testing 2.9.9 in local server and its really awesome to have such feature preloaded.
