We are using Joomla version 2.5.22, PHP version 5.3.25 and Vituemart 2.6.6. I would like to remove the terms and conditions check box. Is that possible? If not, can I change the wording to say "Check here"

**Update - found options in the Shopper Field in Configuration and although "agreed" is a locked field name, I was able to unpublish all fields and terms box disappeared.
