I have to make forms on my site to sending the parcel. Can i make the forms like on this website http://www.interparcel.com/ with virtuemart?

if you have the technical skills yes.. you need to build a shipping plugin or module that uses this api if it is open..

has a hidden code field so assume this is checked at the server
