Title: Registration: State/Province/Region field is empty!!!

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with registration process on a website (Joomla 2.5.11 and Virtuemart 2.0.20b).
When I select the country, the dropdown field State/Province/Region should automatically fill up.. but it is empty!
Since it's a required field, I can't proceed with the registration...
How can I fix it? what kind of bug is this? Can anyone help me??

P.S.
The SEO settings are active on the site (Joomla native ones), but JomSEF is not installed on my website. If I deactivate SEO settings, magically the field State/Region/Province becomes filled up..
But URLs are horrible without SEO settings..

TypeError: $(...).vm2front is not a function

I know of no such call in a std VM install .. ask Gavik who's template this is

your loading 2 jquerys which is probably the reason for the error  - search on forum for jqueryeasy
