Hello Forum,
I have a basketball league and what i need is to have people purchase a product (division) but what I need is to be asked multiple question's before they purchase like a questionnaire. I need to ask which Division, Team Name, Amount of Players ect.. This needs to be specific to the product (Division) they are purchasing since I also have free agents and they get another set of questions as well as for other sports/divisions.
I tried adding cart attributes but I cant seem to add multiple questions/text box and make them look good/match the webpage css.
Any help on plugins for VM to either create a questionnaire before they add to cart or after there purchase... Any help would be great...

Thanks but they are 900+... this is why I went CMS so I can do it and save money.... any other Ideas?
