I receive the error

The installer also states:

Hmmm - if you had done a quick search on here you would have seen many posts like yours - you would have also seen that the 1st thing that is asked is full information of what u did, what versions etc
If you want help you have to do your bit as well...
failed to copy is a server permissions fault - as it says - it couldn't write the files
