I'm a little newbie and i think i have moved / deleted a file when i was in my ftp client and now a receive this message

can someone help me? which file should i create / move now?

If your not using template over rides just remove/rename the templates/swift/html/category folder
If you are copy file components/com_virtuemart/views/category/tmpl/default.php in there
