I have a VatRule but i can't find the way to set it as default in my products.
"Apply default Rule" doesn't seem to do anything at the moment

On 2.6.6 the default rule works OK for me. The tax rule is set as VAT tax per product. Product Category, Shopper groups, Country, States, Manufacturer and Start/End dates are left at their default values (ie untouched).
