I have 300 products with a tax of 22% (Italian IVA 22%).

If a disabled customer buy products and send some legal documents, he can buy product with a tax of 4%.

With a plugin i can auto set the shopper group when user check the "4%" box.

Then i have a rule with tax 4% related to this "shopper group".

But when an user in this shoppers group login in the site and buy product, he see always the old tax of 22%.

The only method i have found is to set multiple prices per product, adding a price with a tax 4% and related to the specific group.

Now i have 300 products... it is really bad this system... how can i do? Some extensions?

but can't you assign the VAT rules (22 & 4 ) to the appropriate shopper group?

does this not work?

Have you enabled "Enable shoppergroup specific price display" for the 4% group?
