Title: UPS Error Code 111210

Hi,

I'm getting this error "UPS Error:Error Code:111210Error Message:The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations." on my ups for virtuemart plugin. If I have the billing address filled out the error will not display. Any idea how can I override this error message using language such as en-GB.ini or any suggestion?
