I had to change an order of a customer today. I used the functions in the order detail page. Everything was fine but the total didn´t update correct aswell as the VAT. Probably because of the discount coupon (gift) which will be deleted after use. Please see attached .jpg. I changed it manually in the DB, but probably this could be corrected with the next version. Additional it would be quite comfortable if you could choose the product by a drop down menu (first category then product). Adding by hand has the disadvantage that the link in the new confirmation e-mail is blank.
