I was thinking to purchase the SJ Viste - Responsive Joomla 2.5 Template (http://www.smartaddons.com/joomla/templates/template-showcase/item/509-sj-viste-responsive-joomla-template (http://www.smartaddons.com/joomla/templates/template-showcase/item/509-sj-viste-responsive-joomla-template)) but before, i would like to know if certain features that i don't need could be removed from it's functionality:
- currency selector
- products price
- products producer
- sales price without tax
- tax amount
- products review option and button
- delivery methods
- payment methods
Basically i just need any unregistered users to be able to select a product, add it to bucket and send that simple order to me, that's all.
Do all these changes depend of template virtuemart comes with, or does it depend of virtuemart component itself?

All those are Virtuemart modules, configuration options or edits you would have to make to the commercial templates' overrides. So you could use that template to do what you want.
