VM 2.6.6

all languages (German/English/French) installed. German is main language in front end.

I have great difficulties to set up my multilingual shop and need urgent help. I would need someone who helps me to set up Joomla and VM Translation, so that I can start to translate categories, products, etc.

I don't see the english and french flag in the front end... even when I type http://www.silbentaucher.de/index.php/gb/, the english page comes up... same with french.
However my whole VM shop seems to be not right configured... I spent hours and hours in different forums, etc, but couldn't figure it out. I assume it is some simple configuration...
So I would need someone, who check my back end and prepares everything, that I can do all translations...

OK i see only the english flag but i see some german strings. Have you set up the joomla (not VM's) translation?
