I updated my store for new version of virtuemart and started giving various errors.
Ex:
slides stopped!
different opening menu!
and more errors :'(
I installed all the plugins again but still with errors! >:(

Updated from which version and precisely to which version? You describe module errors (slide/menu) but these are not VirtueMart modules. Is your Joomla template compatible with latest J/VM versions?
On opening the home page Firebug gives a couple of errors:
TypeError: $(...).megamenu is not a function
TypeError: jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def] is not a function
These are not VM errors - but you do have JavaScript issues. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=119638.0
After that all I see is 500 errors.
