Hi All,

I have upgraded to 2.6.4 but I am unable to add Billing or shipping address during checkout I get a 404 error

this is the url to add billing address
http://#####/component/virtuemart/user/editaddresscartBT?Itemid=0

also the url to add shipment address
http://######/component/virtuemart/user/editaddresscartST?virtuemart_user_id[0]=0&Itemid=0

any ideas

Just did an upgrade to 2.6.4 - no problems with addresses - 3rd party template?

try without SEF on?

have you got a menu to com_virtuemart - hidden or otherwise?

Important to know which version the update was from and use of 3rd party template or one page checkout.

Many thanks for your quick responses.

All seems to be ok now.

The issue was because ReCaptcha was enabled in VM but not fully set up in Joomla.

Turning off SEF urls caused the correct error message to be displayed.
