Title: How do I calculate the Fuel Surcharge in the iStraxx UPS Shipping Module?

I have the iStraxx UPS module (version 1.17) installed in a VirtueMart  2.0.18a site installed under Joomla 2.5.8.

I have been asked to include the UPS fuel surcharge, but can't figure out how to do that. Are there instructions available somewhere?

Support for iStraxx plugins is by ticket - see http://extensions.virtuemart.net/support-updates
