Title: wrong product image
Post by: marceff on May 18, 2014, 14:22:33 PM
php 5.3.10 - joomla 2.5.14 - vm 2.6a - Gantry 4
VM is giving me a bit of trouble as often shows a wrong product image. I have checked all links and are ok. It seems that as you select one product detail of category A it shows another image of another product which belongs to the same category. The same image is shown for each product of the category A. This happens often but not always. I also run a different template for mobile (Daycounts + JM + Elegance) and it seems everything ok.
Please try to help me to solve this funny problem, thanks

Hope to receive some hint from somebody....
To be added: when I select a product of a category it shows for a second and then another one of the same category appears over it.
Please, any suggestion will be appreciated

I have just checked: if you select "Capelli" (category)  then select any product, then select "next" you see no image change, it keeps the first image loaded...

Yes, not standard VM - looks like a problem with the fancy image zoom script.

Thank you all any way. Contact that gentleman is just a waste of time... he is "a Bronze certified VirtueMart developer" but doesn't replay to tickets/emails. Unfortunately I assumed he was reliable because of VM certification... by the way the name of his site is Developing&Design.com, it may helps somebody else
