Hi all,

There is no VAT in my country while different transportation fee for different district, like $5 for district A, $7 for district B, etc.
And now I'd like to give a discount to the customers, when they consumed up to $100, the transportation fee of $5 will be given as a discount where ever the products are sent to.
For example, I bought products for $110 and have to sent to district B. Originally, I should pay $117 in total but I just have to pay $112.

What can I do to set this kind of discount and make it automatically marks the discount of $5 with the remaining balance of transportation fee when customers check out?

I'm now using VM 2.0.26a and Joomla 2.5.19.
