I have a problem with VM 2.6.0a , joomla 2.5.20
If you go in shop and put a product in cart and open the cart, checkout button is dead it simply doesnt work..checkout process can not continue..
for example this page but it is the same for any product...

mind you - add to cart works here...
Add to cart works but the final checkout does not. Almost certainly a JavaScript issue but being an RT template with a lot going on there is a shedload of different scripts being used. You can try debugging or (better) ask RT about this - the template is possibly not designed to work with current VM versions.
