Hi,

We work with vm 2.6 and joomla 2.5.19

It is impossible to print correctly an invoice or a delivery order since we update in 2.6.

Only Top et Bottom is in the PDF.

Just completed an upgrade to 2.6.0 on a clean 2.0.26d  and all Invoices, Delivery Notes and the Print work fine here.

Are you using an 3rd party plugins for invoice creation etc?

Your (tiny) screen shots seem to show it stopping at the shipping method print out - have you tried with a std ship method and no ship logo?

Thanks for your answer,

I deleted the ship logo without any result (see pic), for the standard methode I do only have "weight countries" in the shop, how can I do to select "standard" ?

yep - weight was what I meant...

assume you realise you need to physically delete the invoices from your "safe path" folder to see any changes to a particular order invoice?

does print and delivery note have the same problems?

I allways clean and delete the pdf on the server folder when i do my tests.

Same problem with orders...

And same problem on 2 differents shops but not on clean one, strange...

Then will need some in depth debugging/trouble shooting...

trace the calls of the creation function etc step by step

I have notice that before update 2.6.0 invoices and orders were corrects (see pics)

And have you tried all the fixes mentioned?
no gif, safe path, enough ram etc etc

Yes we tried.

But how it does work before an update and doesn't work after, any idea ?

Sorry, no idea -- as it is a rare occurance it is very difficult to debug.. you would have to manually trace all the functions as they fire during the creation process and see where it fails - i.e. debugging...

check server logs - maybe there is a memory issue

turn every bit of debugging on u can find -  maybe something shows up

all the normal stuff...

Ok , thank you for your help.

VM has really too many bugs since 1.19

Impossible to find solutions without passing times and times for nothing...
