I have a problem, I would like anyone who came into the webpage can freely see the prices, but I can not in any way to do it, when one user enters as anonymous does not see the prices, when you register and become a default user ID can see the prices.
I set the default shopper group Anonymous and the same way but I do not get any results, I add some pictures to make it easier to understand

Soundss like you do not need to use Shopper Group at all. They are only needed if you want to show prices only to registered logged in users or if using Shopper Group specificv pricing.
Unless you need the above then for products you should just leave the Shopper Group entry alone, so it shows as "- Use Default -" so prices are shown as set up on Configuration/Pricing
