Title: Terms and Conditions not shown on Version 2.6

Greetings.

I have my site with virtuemart 2.6 with the latest joomla 2.5.19.

I just want to know why isn't launching T&C in a fancybox and is throwing me a link to the home in a new window.

At the moment i changed some CSS to make appear T&C but i would like to see what would be because i tested with default joomla templates to discard template issues and behaves the same way with a default template.

I would like to know what i'm doing wrong.

It is most likely a JavaScript issue, if all is OK with a default template then maybe it is a problem with some third party plugin.

Thanks but the problem goes as well with a default template.
I'll try the debugger, although there will be no much use since i don't understand Javascript much,
