I recently obtained PayPal Advanced for my site but I do not see an option in the PayPal Product dropdown under the configuration tab. Do I need to download a plugin?

Figured it out. PayPal Payment Pro is used for Advanced and Pro. So if a user is using (Advanced $5 a month) or (Pro $30 a month), then select PayPal Payment Pro in Virtuemart.
I thought Paypal Advanced uses its own embedded iframe for the checkout process. So you are saying you can use the Paypal Payments Pro plugin when u are only signed up for the $5/mo Advanced plan?
That is correct, I have the $5/mo Advanced plan. I called paypal on several occasions to confirm.
