After update VM 2.6.0 facing some problems like
1. add to cart button not working, and not poping up cart
2 Checkout terms and condition popup not working...
3.State drop down not working ,

Please help me

As stated yesterday. JavaScript conflict and given a link to help you to identify & fix it. Did you even try?
Error message is:
TypeError: jQuery(...).fancybox is not a function
"transitionOut" : "elastic"

To start with you need to prevent this jQuery from loading:
<script src="/templates/horme2/js/jquery-1.8.3.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
