Scenario:
Parents with children.
Custom fields with plug-in and stockable variants.
Stock keeping and ordering on child level only.
Typical apparel scenario i.e. shirt (parent, no stock keeping and not orderable) with size (stock keeping and orderable).
Q1:
I wish to change the text "Notify Me" (I know how to do that) and get rid of the linking so that it is a display text only. Can someone tell me where/how to disable the linking?
Q2:
If a selected child or parent variant (e.g. Shirt with color Red as variant) has qty = 1 in stock and the customer ups the ordered qty in the add-to-cart above 1, the cart gets updated with qty = 1. This may not happen! The customer must get an appropriate message and the cart should not be updated. Can this be done? It is a critical issue.
