Title: vmError: Vendor image given image is not complete

Virtuemart 2.0.24b Joomla 2.5.14
Hi, on completion of an order we get a VM Error -  vmError: Vendor image given image is not complete images/logo.jpg/. . i have tried various paths and am sure the image is in the folder...am i missing something?
