Hi,
I have entered my terms of service into the SHOP - Vendor - Terms of Service page box and saved the content. But when I click to view it on my website only the email addresses listed within the content appear on one line at the top of the page.
Am I making a rookie mistake by trying to cut and paste text into this box? If anyone can help that would be amazing. I am using version 2.

Never ever copy from Word or similar WPs and expect to use it on a website without sanitizing. You need a plain text version - eg paste from Word into a plain text editor to remove all the junk formatting code. I use NoteTab Pro but Notepad will work, then copy and paste from there into the TOS editor window.

I tried pasting into Notepad and then again into Virtuemart but its still not working. Will try and find another bit of software to create the plain text.

Make sure the text is not too long, and contains no links.
Ah ok thanks. It is quite long - its legal stuff. No links though. Just downloaded Notepro so fingers crossed it works.
Hmmm...still no go. Very odd. I even tried taking out all of the email addresses and cutting it down but weirdly the same email addresses still were the only thing showing in the box when clicked on.
I am going to admit defeat for the evening as my eyes are about to fall out. Thanks again for your help.
