After adding a product to the cart and checking out. You fill in the address info and click on check out now. Once you do that an error message shows up for Terms of Service. The client wants this turned off. We turned it off in the backend and the radio button stayed. So we hid it with CSS. Now we cant get thru the shipping at all. In the backend I do not have this option checked so it should just not display on the front end. What other options do I have to fix this

Instead of all this it should have been possible just to enter 1 as default for the "Agreed" shopper field, but a bug prevented the default working. This has neen fixed for the next version, currently at VM2.5.4 and very near to final release.
