What does it mean "when the transaction is complete"....and in which cases the email confirmation will not be sent ?
Is there a "FIX" to improve that ?
I see that the order is created in backend but no email has been sent from VM System.

We added that warning, because it is a difference between VM1 and VM2.
IN VM1 order emails were sent all the tie, even if the shopper had not initiated the transaction.
Now in VM2, emails are sent only if the transaction has been initiated
