How to set the stocks of all items or any particular items as unlimited
you cannot set item stock to unlimited
What is your business requirement for doing this
Actually, it flower shop, which we make at home so there is not stock issue.
In other word we never want our user to see our items are out of stock,
If unlimited stock is not possible, is that possible our clients does never know our items are out of stock and they can order as many as they can at any time.
In Configuraion/Shopfront under "Action when a Product is Out of Stock " you should enable "Products Out of Stock are orderable, no special action" - this disables stock checking for all products.
