Title: Missing fee for Skrill payment method

I am using VM 2.0.26d and just configured Skrill payments.
Most payment systems in it's configuration has fields: "Fee per transaction" and "Percent of the total amount", but Skrill payment has not those options. May I ask for adding it in future upgrade?
