you have something to advise me about a good plugin or component that creates invoices automatically after the order?

There is no plugin needed, VM can do that itself. In the configuration (checkout config), you can set the status when an invoice should be created and for which status values the corresponding email should be sent to the customer and to the shop owner.

The layout of the invoice (headers, footers etc.) can be changed in the Shop config in the VM Backend.
