Title: Standard Payment Method is not in the list

Hello,
I just installed VM 2.026b and want to make a standard payment methode like payment in advance by bank, but I can't find Standard in the list of payment methods?
It's there in my other VM shops, but not in this one.
Did I miss something?

Should be there at the bottom of the list, see pic. Suggest you update to 2.0.26d anyway as the b version has some bugs.

Sorry I mentioned 2.026d!

I have found it. When I did scroll down in the menu I did'nt see it, but I had to scroll down on the right side of the page so see it.
