i am new to joomla and learned the basics for development of plugin actually in my college project i need to submit a whole project and so need to make a plugin which will calculate the shipping charges i want to develop a plugin for virtue-mart which will serve the purpose but there is very less details available as to how we can make a shipment plugin....can anybody please tell from where i can start ???
need urgent help as my fellow's has started developing the system and the design of plugin was alloted to me...so please help
