Title: Programming resources?

Hi,
Searching where I knew didn't bring up results for this: books on programming extensions for VM.

Could you please suggest some good resources where I could get help of tutorials to more get used to coding conventions, and generally how VM is constructed to learn better about programming for it?

Yes, thank you I read that already, but for VM 2 we still waiting your help with some nice tutorials ;-)
