I'm having a problem with vm 2.0.26d on joomla 2.5.17
I configured 2 shipping systems, only available to those who buy from Italy, then cap range 00000-99999.
During the cart these shipping methods do not come out, whether imposed login to perform the chekout or letting it free ... I do not understand what's wrong, I would like that users can buy without necessarily having to register, but only by filling out a form with shipping information.
