Hello Friends, I'm new at this topic.

Can any one guide me to the right path. I need to Upgrade
My Joomla 1.5.24 and VirtueMart 1.1.9 to => Joomla 2.5.6 and VirtueMart 2.0
I want to Migrate all my VirtueMart 1.1.9 Data to VirtueMart 2.0

Please let me know which Guide Instructions to make this as easy as possible.
