Hi
I hope that somebody helps me to find the solution of my problem.
I want to simplified my cart as far as possible.
I have already deleted the form "Ship to" and I use only "Bill to" because the shipping address is always the same with the billing address
I tried to find in COM_VIRTUEMART/CART/default_pricelist.php, but i can't find the point "No shipment selected" and "Select shipment".
I need to delete that point because even after removing the form "Ship to" my clients always mistake clicking the link "Select shipment".

I use Virtuemart 2.0.24 and Joomla 2.5.14
