Hi there
I have an issue that I can't seem to work out - it's like it's just suddenly cropped up and I can't troubleshoot it and perhaps someone else has come across it.
One day a client calls and says they've no longer got the ability to change order status. Normally, they have pending, confirmed shipped and denied. However, they've lost all the order statuses except pending - plus they've lost the ability to edit their store information.
Can someone help me put these order statues back ? It's a mystery as tohow they've just disappeared.. I mean there isn't even the option to put them there anymore, I can't even find the page - all the options down the left hand side are gone, and only the products option is to the left.
